This weed's running went very well. I am tired and stiff but I got up to 23.3 miles this week so all is good. So far I have run 15 days in a row! Bailey has been doing a workout video series called Supreme 90, it was created following the popularity of P90 but is not as expensive. It is a 90 weight lifting program that includes cardio and ab work. Saturday I did one of the videos with her and have since been unable to move my arms without pain. It also involved a move where you squat and pull a weight up to shoulder height and the do a shoulder press. You do 15 reps on each side, go on to other exercises and then repeat the whole sequence three times. The squatting, snatching the weight up to shoulder height and then pressing is a full body comprehensible pain inducing maneuver. It hurts to get in and out of the car, up and down off the sofa, and to walk. Sitting is fine, sleeping is better! I will try to join Bailey with her videos a few times a week once normal movement is restored and the excruciating pain subsides!
It is getting hotter and there is less to see on the trail now. The only wildlife I saw this week appears below along with last week and this week's results.
