Today is my 6th consecutive day of running. I only ran 1 mile. I had to wait for a break in the thunder and lightening. There are storms projected for the rest of the day. In fact, it began to rain again as I finished my run. We have a handy dandy elliptical machine but no treadmill!! I had intended to run on grass today, 2 miles, and take it slow. The best laid plans of mice and runners... Tomorrow is another day! Happy Running!
